Wind advisories are in effect D.C., but don’t let that 20 mph gust blow you away before taking inside the morning news.

>> Seven firefighters from Prince George’s County were injured while responding to a hearth at a single-family home Friday night . As of Saturday morning, two remain in critical condition, both volunteers from Bladensburg.

>> Norovirus , generally called food poisoning, is at the loose in area schools. George Washington University reported 85 cases of the illness , that’s characterized by stomach cramping, vomiting and diarrhea. Howard University suspects it’s the culprit in as much as 40 students treated this week.

Willow Springs Elementary in Fairfax has also experienced a pandemic this week.
